Getting started
If your coach has invited you, your entry point is the invite email they sent you. Open it and follow the link to set up your account — that's where you accept your data-processing consent and reach your athlete portal. Can't find the email? Ask your coach to resend it.
Connecting Strava
Connecting Strava lets CoachRun read your recent runs so your coach's plans reflect the training you've actually done.
- Connect Strava.Open the Profile tab in your athlete portal and choose to connect Strava, then approve the request on Strava. You'll be brought back to CoachRun once it's linked.
- Disconnect within CoachRun.Open the Profile tab and disconnect Strava. This does both things at once: it revokes CoachRun's access at Strava and deletes the connection from CoachRun. You don't need to do anything else.
- Revoke directly at Strava. If you prefer to manage it from Strava, go to strava.com/settings/apps and revoke CoachRun's access there.
What we do with your Strava data: CoachRun reads your own recent run activities only, to inform your own training plan. It is never used to train models and is never shared across athletes.
